3. Catering Services Agreement

3.1 Booking and Deposits

• 30% non-refundable deposit required to secure event date and time
• Additional 40% non-refundable payment due 7 days before event
• Final balance due upon event completion
• All deposits will be deducted from the final bill

3.2 Guest Count and Confirmation

• Final guest count and order confirmation required 7 days before event
• Charges based on confirmed guest count, regardless of actual attendance
• Additional guests may be accommodated when possible, with corresponding charges

3.3 Pricing and Fees

• All orders subject to minimum spending requirement
• 18% service charge may apply
• Additional service fees may include:
  • Buffet setup
  • Travel/transportation
  • Food plating and presentation
• All fees will be itemized in final quote

3.4 Event Timeline and Changes

• Timeline established between client and event manager
• Timeline followed as closely as possible
• Last-minute changes accommodated when feasible
• Changes may incur additional charges

3.5 Operational Requirements

• Food truck staff must have access to restroom facilities during operating hours
• Adequate space required for food truck parking and operation
• Client responsible for securing necessary permits if required

3.6 Contingency Planning

• Alternative delivery via catering vehicle if food truck access is prevented
• Service continuity guaranteed through backup systems

4. Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Cancellations must be made in writing
• Rescheduling subject to availability and may incur additional fees

5. Liability and Insurance

• Mazzeh Grill maintains comprehensive liability insurance
• Not responsible for items left at event location
• Client responsible for venue insurance requirements
• Force majeure clause applies to circumstances beyond our control

5.1 Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

• We take food allergies and dietary requirements seriously
• Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs during your event planning
• Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, and gluten
• Please inform our team of your preferences so we can best accommodate your needs

6. Reviews and Feedback

By submitting reviews or feedback, you:

• Grant us permission to use your content for marketing purposes
• Confirm the content is accurate and based on your experience
• Agree not to include offensive, inappropriate, or defamatory content
• Understand we may moderate or remove inappropriate content
